[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]Automatic Casing, Hanger<\/strong> (PCHA) is basically\u00a0designed for heavy load service and is used for\u00a0PARVEEN’s Casing Head Housing ‘PCHH’ and Casing\u00a0Head Spool ‘PCHS’ described earlier. When the Casing\u00a0load is applied to the hanger, the top ring connected by\u00a0the Pack-off and shoulder screw compresses the packing\u00a0to seal the annulus pressure of the casing. This casing\u00a0hanger is normally used for pressure ratings upto 3000\u00a0PSI. For ratings over 3000 PSI, type ‘PSPO’ Pack-off is\u00a0used to prevent collapse of the pipe.<\/p>\n

Unitised Casing Hanger<\/strong> (PCHU) can be used both for\u00a0PARVEEN’s Casing Head Housing (PCHH) and Casing\u00a0Head Spool (PCHS) as described earlier. This Hanger is\u00a0designed for medium or heavy load service. This hanger\u00a0is normally latched around the pipe and lowered in casing\u00a0head body. After the casing is landed, shoulder screws\u00a0should be evenly tightened to affect a positive annular\u00a0seal. The hanger may be used upto 3000 PSI WP. For\u00a0ratings over 3000 PSI, ‘PSPO’ Pack-off is used to prevent\u00a0collapse of the pipe.<\/p>\n
