These are Mandrel Type ‘PTHSM’,\u00a0Wrap Around Type ‘PTHSW’, Extended Neck Type ‘PTHSE’\u00a0and Dual Split Type ‘PTHDE’. Extended Neck Type with\u00a0control lines ‘PTHSCL’, Dual Split Type with control lines\u00a0‘PTHDCL’, mandrel type with metal to metal seals\u00a0(PTHTSM) and Mandrel type equipped with a continuous\u00a0control line with metal to metal seals such as PTHTSMM are\u00a0also supplied.<\/p>\n

‘PTHSM’ type Tubing Hanger is used for the PTHS type of\u00a0Tubing Head Spool described later. It seals the annulus\u00a0pressure by compressing the seal with the weight of the\u00a0tubing and the hold down screws.<\/p>\n

Extended Neck Type ‘PTHSE’ is used for the Tubing\u00a0Head\/Spool described later. This type is like ‘PTHSM’ type\u00a0tubing hanger but having an extended neck with a seal ring\u00a0which seals fluid in the tubing. This type seals the annulus\u00a0pressure by compressing the seal with the weight of the\u00a0tubing and the hold down screws.<\/p>\n

The ‘PTHSW’ type is a split type tubing hanger and may be\u00a0wrapped round the tubing. It seals the annulus pressure by\u00a0compressing the seal with the hold down screws installed in\u00a0the top flanges of the spool. This type of hanger is used\u00a0where tubing must be rotated or moved up and down under\u00a0pressure. This tubing hanger is used together with a tubing\u00a0hanger coupling and a tubing hanger spool.<\/p>\n
