PTHD Tubing Head Spools are designed for the\u00a0popular split hanger suspensions for dual\u00a0completions. It has welded wedges for hanger\u00a0alignment and an open – face top flange.<\/p>\n

Type ‘PTHD’ Tubing Spool accepts either the\u00a0‘PTHDE’, ‘PTHSCL’, ‘PTHDCL’ tubing hangers. This\u00a0tubing spool is provided with a wedge to position the\u00a0hanger. The standard outlets are 2 1\/16 2000-10000\u00a0PSI WP studded. The outlets are threaded for the\u00a0valve removal plug to allow for the removal of the\u00a0valve. The bottom of the flange is designed for\u00a0installing the type PBP-1 Bottom pack off (PP Seal for\u00a0high pressure over 5000 PSI WP) and is provided\u00a0with a plastic packing injection port and a test port.\u00a0The top of the spool is provided with hold down\u00a0screws to secure the tubing hanger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
