The union\u00a0nut may now be made up by hand and a spanner wrench.\u00a0The tree cannot now be rotated.Raise the tree assembly enough to remove the spider and\u00a0slips. At this point, the well can be displaced and the packer\u00a0set under complete pressure control.Final nipple up operations are then completed and the type\u00a0PBPV back pressure valve is removed from the hanger\u00a0bushing with a lubricator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flanged Drilling Spool (PFDS)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are designed to allow unrestricted circulation of mud\u00a0in the well and provide flexibility in arranging flow line\u00a0openings in blowout preventor hookups. Studded or open\u00a0faced ends and outlet connections can be provided.\u00a0Generally hub of the flanged outlet is welded. Height of\u00a0spool will vary form 24&#8243; -36&#8243;. However spools as per specific\u00a0need of customers can also be provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valve Removal Plugs (PVRP)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All flanged or studded outlets on PARVEEN&#8217;s casing heads,\u00a0casing spools and tubing heads are threaded for valve\u00a0removal plugs. All plugs have standard API Line Pipe\u00a0Threads and are small enough to pass thru the valve to be\u00a0removed. The plug is installed when the valve is to be\u00a0removed and removed when the valve is to be installed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valve Removal Tool (PVRT)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are generally pressure-balanced manual hydraulic\u00a0tool designed for safe and reliable operations in the\u00a0installation and removal of valve removal plugs, in order to\u00a0install or replace a well-head outlet valve under pressure\u00a0conditions.This tool is also designed to accommodate 2 1\/16\u201d, 2 9\/16\u201d,\u00a03 1\/8\u201d Valve upto 10000 PSI WP. Adapter may be provided\u00a0for use with 1 13\/16\u201d, 2 1\/16\u201d, 2 9\/16\u201d, 3 1\/8\u201d flanged valves\u00a0and screwed end valves. Various sizes of valve removal\u00a0plug sockets are also provided for the respective sizes of\u00a0plugs.In the figure above, Needle Valve \u2018A\u2019 is located next to\u00a0pressure gauge on manifold by-pass assembly and needle\u00a0valve \u2018B\u2019 is connected to 1\/2&#8243; NPT TEE on far end of manifold\u00a0bypass assembly.
