Our Growth

Founded in 1960, by Late Sh. Shimbhou Nath, the Company's first manufacturing facility was located in Delhi

1960

Diversification in the field of marketing oilfield equipment from its principals abroad to oil industries in India

1974

Commenced manufacturing of oilfield equipment at Badli, Delhi. Indigenisation of several items like items of wireline lubricator assembly. High pressure pipe fittings, etc.

1983

Another plant at Mumbai started to cater increased demand of oilfield equipment

1984

Technical collaboration agreement for 8years was signed with Teledyne Merla, USA(merged with Halliburton) to manufacture Gas lift equipment in India

1987

Conferred with National award for Import Substitution and state for export

1990

3rd Plant at Navi Mumbai started to manufacture sophisticated & big size oilfield equipment

1992

American Petroleum Institute recognizes Parveen products for API monograms authorization
